Gemini Enterprise Rollout at TWC

For the internal rollout of Gemini Enterprise at the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), I designed a multichannel launch campaign consisting of high-impact physical print flyers, a six-part microlearning video series, and a digital gamification incentive to drive agency-wide adoption.
I engineered the print flyers—optimized for high-traffic offline spaces—to act as clear, step-by-step navigation roadmaps. To incentivize optional training, I designed a mascot-branded "AI Champion" digital badge for employees to display in their email signatures upon completing all six microlearning videos. This gamified element turned peer-to-peer visibility into an organic marketing engine that celebrated employee milestones while encouraging tool adoption across the entire agency.
Leveraging Google Vids, I created a six-part microlearning series to support our strategic Gemini Enterprise AI rollout. Through clean editing and engaging instructional design, this featured video breaks down practical Gemini Enterprise integrations with Microsoft 365. It provides staff with a visually intuitive guide to summarizing lengthy documents, analyzing data in Excel, and drafting professional communications with ease.
Learning Management System Design
LMS Training Catalog

For the Texas Workforce Commission's central LMS Training Catalog, I designed the user interface and all visual elements to create a modern and user-friendly browsing experience.
My primary role was to overhaul the catalog's presentation, moving it from a standard list to a professional, branded hub for employee learning. I was responsible for the page layout, implementing a clean, card-based design to help users easily find and navigate to relevant courses.
To establish a strong and consistent visual identity across all offerings, I designed the complete series of custom course cover banners, creating unique graphics that make the entire catalog more engaging and professional.
Data Steward Resource Page

For the Texas Workforce Commission's 'Data Steward Community of Practice,' I designed and developed a dedicated learning page within our LMS.
My role encompassed the entire creative process, from the ground up. I was responsible for the user interface and page layout, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience for data stewards.
To enhance the visual appeal and clearly represent the course material, I created a series of custom graphics for the LinkedIn Learning course covers. Additionally, I wrote all the descriptive and instructional copy on the page to guide users and highlight the benefits of the training in Power BI, Python, and SQL.
